Or, try the Terrace Grill, located outside, featuring hamburgers and hot dogs as well as a taco bar and a daily special. And, of course, complimentary room service is available 24 hours a day. Casual dining is available in the Lido Restaurant every night.

Luxury dining awaits you in the Pinnacle Grill. Part of Holland America Line's Signature of Excellence® initiative, the Pinnacle Grill is reservations-only dining featuring the highest quality meat and fish, an extensive wine list and luxurious appointments including Bvlgari® china, Riedel® stemware and Frette® linens. The Pinnacle Grill is available on all cruise ships in Holland America Line fleet. Reservations may be made on board by contacting the restaurant manager; suite guests have reservation preference. There will be a minimal restaurant charge.

Holland America Line cruise ships offer open seating for breakfast and lunch. There are four sittings for dinner on our ships. Dinner times are 5:45 pm (First Upper), 6:15 pm (First Lower), 8:00 pm (Main Upper) and 8:30 pm (Main Lower). For all Alaska cruises, dinner times are 5:30 pm (Early Upper), 6:00 pm (Early Lower), 7:45 pm (Main Upper) and 8:15 pm (Main Lower).* You may request any sitting time, table size and with whom you wish to sit. All such requests should be made through your travel agent in advance of sailing. Requests will be confirmed or waitlisted at the time of booking. Table numbers and table size are on request only and will be assigned by the Maître d' on board.
